Please note: when you order a replacement cover, you are ordering only the new cover, not the foam core. The cover is made according to your measurements for your existing cushion. This is ideal if the foam is still dimensionally stable, clean and intact, but the old cover is dirty, damaged, faded or no longer visually suitable.
If your foam is already compressed, brittle, heavily deformed or damaged, we recommend ordering a new chair cushion, a new bench cushion or a new custom lounge cushion instead. This gives you not only a new cover, but also a new foam core with the right seating comfort.

For regular outdoor use, we recommend premium faux leather B1 or B2. Both materials are highly water-repellent, UV-resistant according to EN ISO 105 B02 and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For covered outdoor areas such as pergolas, awnings, conservatories or protected terraces, Mali and standard faux leather are also suitable depending on the level of use. We mainly recommend Panama for indoor areas or permanently protected outdoor areas.
Important: an upholstery cover with a zipper cannot be 100 % waterproof for design reasons. Even water-repellent covers should be stored in a protected place during heavy rain, continuous rain and overnight – especially if the existing foam core is sensitive to moisture.

Premium faux leather B2 is the all-rounder for commercial premium covers and regular outdoor use. The material and hygiene properties are high-quality: highly water-repellent, disinfectant-resistant, resistant to oil, blood, urine, sweat, saliva as well as chlorinated and salt water. B2 is classified as normally flammable according to DIN 4102 and is suitable for many premium applications – restaurants, hotels, saunas, pools, bistro areas, practices, boat upholstery and outdoor cushions.
Premium faux leather B1 is the special variant for areas with B1 requirements. B1 is flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 and is mainly used where this fire protection class is required by law, project specification or tender – for example in hospitals, care homes, larger public institutions or assembly venues.

How to Measure Your Upholstery Cover Correctly for an Accurate Fit
To ensure that your new chair cushion cover, seat cushion cover or upholstery cover fits the existing foam precisely, correct measuring is essential. Important: do not measure the old cover; measure the foam core inside it. Old covers may have stretched, shrunk or become distorted through years of use.
- Remove the old cover and expose the foam.
- Let the foam rest without the cover for at least four hours so that it can return to its original shape.
- Measure the width, depth and height of the foam in several places.
- For trapezoid cushions, measure the front width, rear width and depth.
- Do not round up generously – the cover is made according to your measurements.
