From a goods value of €500, you automatically receive a volume discount. There is nothing to enter and no voucher code to request – the deduction appears directly in your shopping cart.

Frequently Asked Questions About Volume Discounts
Do I have to enter a voucher code?
No. The discount is calculated automatically as soon as the goods value reaches the relevant tier.
Which items does the discount apply to?
Everything in your shopping cart – custom-made items, standard sizes, fabric by the metre and accessories all count towards the goods value equally.
Can I combine different products?
Yes. What matters is the total goods value in your cart, not the quantity of any single item. Bench cushions, seat pads and cushion covers therefore count together.
Does the goods value refer to the gross or net amount?
To the gross goods value of the items, i.e. including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single cushion or a complete set – the volume discount applies as soon as the goods value is reached.
Is purchase on invoice possible?
Purchase on invoice via PayPal is available to all customers. For business customers, we can also review the option of direct purchase on invoice – please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Do I need a quotation for my project documents?
For larger orders we are happy to provide a written quotation. Just send our customer service team the dimensions, the quantity and your preferred fabric, and we will prepare one for you.
