Information on the authenticity of customer reviews
The reviews have been checked as follows: We check reviews of our products before publication. Each review is checked individually to see whether it was made by a consumer who actually purchased the goods or services from us. Reviews are only activated after 24 hours at the earliest.
Where are the product reviews submitted?
After purchase by email
Our customers are asked to leave a product review by email after their purchase.
Directly in the online shop
Alternatively, the evaluation can also be submitted directly in the online shop.
How does Lekoni® check these ratings for authenticity?
We check every review before publishing it in the online shop. We take the following things into account to check the authenticity of the review:
- Email address of the customer
- Order no. of the customer (if specified)
- First or last name of the customer (if specified)
Note: Reviews are only activated after they have been viewed. Approval takes place after 24 hours at the earliest.
