⏱️ How long does delivery take?

The current delivery time can be found on the respective product page. Customised products are made to order.

💶 What does shipping cost?

🇨🇭 Do you also deliver to Switzerland?

We do not ship directly to Switzerland. You can still order conveniently via MeinEinkauf.ch. Customs clearance and forwarding take place there.

📦 Can I have my order delivered to a DHL Packstation?

Yes. Enter the Packstation address in the checkout.

🏬 Can I collect the goods on site?

No. We are a pure mail order business. On-site collection is not possible.

📏 Can I exchange customised products?

Made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled. Standard items with fixed sizes have a 14-day right of cancellation.

️ How does returns work?

You can return standard products within 14 days. You bear the return costs. Further information: Right of cancellation.

💳 What payment methods do you offer?

PayPal, Klarna, credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, prepayment. Invoice for companies and authorities. Details: Payment & Shipping.

✏️ Can I change my order?

For customised products, this is only possible as long as the order has not yet been produced. Please contact us as soon as possible.

📩 How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive email updates. With a customer account, you can also check online. After DHL handover, you will automatically receive the consignment number by e-mail.

🌿 Are your products manufactured sustainably?

We pay attention to durable materials and careful processing. You can find details on the respective product pages.

🏪 Do you have a shop?

No. Our range is only available online.

🏷️ Do you offer quantity discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, discounts are automatically calculated in the shopping basket. Details of the discount scale.
