This customised upholstery from Lekoni® combines quality, comfort and flexibility. With a choice of five high-quality fabrics - from easy-care Panama to flame-retardant Premium B1 artificial leather - each cushion can be customised to suit your individual needs and areas of use. Ideal for the home, catering and outdoor areas. Whether as a bench cushion, garden cushion, chest cushion, outdoor mattress or lounger island - anything is possible with the right fabric.

🌿 Panama fabric

• Material: High-quality coloured fabric
• Care: Washable at 30 °C
• Oeko-Tex Standard 100: Certified (No 2003AN2150)
• Basis weight: 240 g/m²
• Rub fastness: Dry grade 4-5, wet grade 3-4
• Light fastness: Grade 5
• Pilling: Grade 4-5
• Abrasion test: 20,000 Martindale cycles
• Resistance to saliva/sweat: According to DIN 53160-1,2 and LFBG § 64
• Origin: Spain
• Use: Indoor use, garden area (protected in dry weather), windowsill, kitchen, children's room, catering, hotel

🌀 Mali fabric

• Material: 100 % polyester
• Weight: 520 g/rm
• Abrasion resistance: 100,000 Martindale cycles
• Tensile strength (EN ISO 13934-1): Warp 528N / 31.6 %, weft 504N / 14.2 %
• Seam slippage resistance (EN ISO 13936-2): warp 2.0 mm, weft 2.0 mm
• Rub fastness (EN ISO 105 X12): Dry 5, wet 5

🛡️ Imitation leather Premium B1

• Material: 83.12 % PVC, 16.88 % polyester
• Thickness: 1.20 +/- 0.15 mm
• Weight: 770 g/m² +/- 50 g
• Flame retardancy: DIN 4102 B1
• Abrasion test: ≥ 800,000 Martindale cycles
• Cold resistance: Up to -29 °C
• Other properties: Resistant to oil, blood, urine, sweat and saliva; resistant to chlorine and salt water; light-resistant (grade 5); phthalate-free; Oeko-Tex-certified; biocompatible in accordance with EN ISO 10993-5 and -10
• Use: as B2 + facilities with high hygiene & safety requirements

Important notes

Note on customisation: Our bench pads are customised with the utmost care and precision. Please note that production-related dimensional deviations of ±1-2 cm cannot be completely ruled out for technical reasons. The foam used settles within a few days, adapts optimally to the cover and reaches its final shape with the first use.

Note on delivery time: For orders of 50 pieces or more, the delivery time may be extended by up to 7 additional days.
